PAYMENT & REFUNDS
We accept payment via Stripe in GBP.
Refunds are made at the discretion of Julie Kaye Photography.
SAFEGUARDING POLICY FOR SCHOOLS
Our photography business specialises in school and family photography and therefore children make up the core of our business and we take child safeguarding extremely seriously.
All our staff will be DBS checked. There will be at least 2 people in the team and one of these will have an Enhanced DBS check.
We will not undertake regulated activity and the school should ensure adequate staffing support is on hand throughout the day.
Copies of certificates are available on request.
DATA RETENTION POLICY
Images will be kept up to 12 weeks from the date of the photo shoot unless a technical failure means that this has not been possible.
